In highly impactful news for the Argentine judicial system, the prestigious newspaper "La Capital" confirmed that Santa Fe government will present a trial by jury bill to the Legistature.
Santa Fe is the third largest Province of Argentina.
The initiative picked up contributions from various trial by jury projects already presented by other political forces and adopts a classic jury with twelve citizens.
